Our Suites
Hobbs Manor offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites across six floors. Each suite is a comfortable, private space designed for independent living - with building amenities and community just steps away.
Every suite includes:
- A private balcony with patio doors (floors 2 through 6)
- Individual heating controls
- Utilities included in your rent
- Secure key fob building entry and security cameras throughout
Residents arrange and pay for their own cable TV and internet service.
Parking with electrical plug-ins are an additional cost, subject to availability.
Building Amenities
Hobbs Manor offers a range of building amenities to residents.
- Access to Games, Exercise, Activity and Art Rooms, Library, Woodworking Hobby Shop and The Hobbs Store
- Raised gardens, shared outdoor space and close proximity to two parks
- Visitor's suite available for rent at an affordable rate
- Residents can also rent the Dining Room, Library or Activity Room for private family functions at a very low cost

Residents book and pay for these services directly.
A Few Things to Note:
- Hobbs Manor is a fully smoke-free building
- Birds and fish are welcome as pets
- Tours are by appointment
