Through an elected Resident Council, residents help organize a variety of social, educational, and recreational activities and contribute to the life of the community. Participation is always optional — residents choose the level of involvement that feels right for them.
Founded by Brandon residents who saw a genuine need for quality housing designed with seniors in mind, we've built something special: a non-profit organization governed by volunteers who believe deeply in our mission. Every day, we're committed to providing stable, affordable homes within a safe, respectful, and genuinely welcoming community.
